Please allow 2-3 days for your order to be processed. This is not inclusive of the estimated delivery time when checking out. 

Pre-order items will be shipped typically within 3-4 weeks from order processing date.

International orders: Note that there may be delays in DHL scanning updates.

Koy & Victoria cannot be held responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to forces outside of our control (weather, theft, etc.). Koy & Victoria does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the case that a return package is lost, stolen or mishandled. 

Please note for international orders you may be charged import duty & taxes in order to receive your items. We are not responsible for said charges.
