RETURN POLICY - STORE CREDIT ONLY

We offer hassle-free returns & exchanges (when item is available) for K&V Store Credit!

US Orders:

We will provide you with a shipping label for you to send your item/s back to Koy & Victoria. (Please put order # in subject line).

International Orders:

The shipping cost incurred for international shipments item/s to Koy & Victoria for  returns is not covered nor reimbursed by us. You will be charged for shipping for the new item/s.

Items must be shipped out within 7 days after receipt. We ask that items for return be in their original condition:

  • Item/s must have hang tags intact
  • Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way

We do not accept returns that do not meet the above requirements.

We do not accept returns for the following items:

  • Final sale item/s

Please note, as all items are produced in limited quantities, the availability of preferred exchange item is not guaranteed, hence we are unable to process exchanges and can only take returns. 

Your store credit will be emailed to you in the form of a gift card when you return has been processed 

When you place an order with us please note that the liability is between you and USPS. We do not make any exceptions to this policy.
We are always happy to replace items that aren't marked as delivered but once the package has been scanned as delivered we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We do have a few recommendations to help track down your package.
  • Confirm that the shipping address you entered in is correct.
  • Visit your local USPS office with tracking handy to see where the mail man dropped off your package
  • Check with neighbors to see if your package got dropped off next door. 
  • Sometimes USPS updates tracking information as "delivered" a few hours or even days earlier than the actual delivery. Please wait at least 48 hours to see if the package turns up.
